Youth Faith Formation
It’s time to register your child for 2022-2023 Youth Faith Formation.
If you have a child from age 3 through entering 12th grade, please complete the form to register for next year’s Faith Formation. Youth Faith Formation meets on Sundays from 9:45am – 10:30am from September until the end of April.
